- You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Teacher and Student Responsibilities
- Teachers are responsible for the accuracy and quality of the content they provide.
- Students agree to treat teachers and other community members with respect.
- All lessons and communications must comply with Islamic ethics and our community guidelines.
- Teachers must not share misleading qualifications or credentials.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payments for lessons are processed securely via Stripe. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of a completed lesson if there is a genuine dispute. 121Quran reserves the right to mediate payment disputes between students and teachers.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on 121Quran, including lessons, recordings, and materials, remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell content without explicit written permission.
6. Community Guidelines
- Treat all users with kindness and Islamic adab (etiquette).
- Do not post offensive, inappropriate, or divisive religious content.
- Spam, harassment, or abuse will result in immediate account suspension.
- 121Quran reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Limitation of Liability
121Quran is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
